This website describes GreenAcres, software for lawn care and snow removal companies. The product has not launched yet. We are based in Pennsylvania, USA, and the site is intended for businesses in the United States.

These terms cover the website only. There are no accounts, logins, or payments on this site today. The software subscription will have its own agreement when it is available.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pre-launch information may change

GreenAcres is in pre-launch. The features, plans, and any prices described on this site are what we plan to offer. They are plans, not promises, until launch. Any of it may change, be delayed, or be dropped.

Booking a demo or joining the waitlist is not a purchase. It does not create a subscription. It does not commit you to buy anything, and it does not commit us to provide the product.

Acceptable use

Use this site the way it is meant to be used: to learn about GreenAcres, book a demo, or join the waitlist. Please do not do any of the following.

• Submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission
• Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site
• Use bots or scripts to flood the forms or copy the site in bulk
• Upload or send harmful code
• Use the site to break any law

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, and logos on this site, and the GreenAcres name, belong to GreenAcres Automation LLC or are used with permission. Other company and product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Text message terms

Our forms have an optional box. If you tick it, you agree to get follow-up texts and emails from GreenAcres about your request. We only text people who ticked that box.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.

• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Third-party links and services

This site uses services run by other companies. It is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are passed to us through Make and stored and emailed to us by Google (Google Sheets and Gmail). The site may also link to other websites.

We do not control those services or websites. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, whether express or implied.

We work to keep the information here accurate. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. Nothing on this site is a promise of business results.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GreenAcres Automation LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from using this website or not being able to use it.
