What we collect

This is a marketing website for a product that has not launched yet. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments on this site today.

If you fill out the Book a demo form or the Join the waitlist form, we collect what you type in. That is the list below. We also record which form you used, when you sent it, and the wording shown next to the consent box.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, also automatically receives standard technical data when any page loads. That includes your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you request. It is used to deliver the site and protect it.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to follow up on what you asked for and to plan the product.

Form submissions are recorded in our hosting provider's server logs. Each one is also sent through Make, an automation service, to a Google Sheets spreadsheet we own, and Gmail sends us an email notice of it. Later we may also use a customer-relationship tool to follow up. We will update this policy when that changes.

Text messages and email

Both forms have an optional box. Ticking it means you agree to get follow-up texts and emails from GreenAcres about your request. We only text people who ticked that box.

If you leave the box unticked, we will not text you. We may still reply to a demo request by email or phone so we can set it up.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run analytics today. The fonts are served from the site itself, not from another company.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel receives the standard technical data described above so it can deliver and protect the site.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that help us run this website and follow up with you. We may also share information if the law requires it.

• Vercel, our website host, which records form submissions in its server logs and receives standard technical data
• Make, an automation service, which receives each form submission and passes it on to the Google services below
• Google, which stores form submissions in a Google Sheets spreadsheet we own and sends us an email notice of each one through Gmail
• A customer-relationship tool, if we start using one to handle form submissions

Your choices

You can look around this site without filling out a form. The forms are optional, and so is the consent box.

• Leave the consent box unticked if you do not want follow-up texts and emails.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• Ask to see or delete the information you sent us by writing to mikesmith@greenacresautomation.com.

Children and who this site is for

GreenAcres is based in Pennsylvania, USA. This site is intended for lawn care and snow removal businesses in the United States.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will work to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and the product change. For example, we would update it if we add analytics, change how form submissions are handled, or start taking payments on the site.

When we make changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
